TUITION RATES & POLICIES:
(Based on a 12 week trimester)

1x/ wk 1hr	$180.00
1x/ wk 1.5hr	$270.00
1 Student taking multiple classes: First class regular rate; each additional class earns a 10% tuition discount.
Family discount - First child regularly priced: each additional child receives a 10% tuition discount.
Annual registration fee: $25 per student Yearly tuition with 20% discount MUST be paid by September 8th, 2012. We offer a convenient auto-payment plan for Visa, MasterCard and American Express. By indicating on the registration form you would like to use the auto-pay plan, subsequent charges for tuition will be taken out Dec. 1st (trimester 2), March 1st (trimester 3), and March 15th (recital costume). Please indicate this option under payment information on registration form.

TUITION RATES & SCHOOL POLICIES
Annual registration fees of $25 (non-refundable) per student must be included in the first payment upon registration. Students will not be permitted to take class if the registration fee is not paid. ALL FEES AND REGISTRATION PAPERWORK MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE CHILD’S FIRST DAY OF DANCE CLASS!

TUITION POLICIES: Tuition must be paid in advance at the time of registration in order to ensure the student a place in class. We accept the following debit/credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. You may inquire about our Auto-Payment Plan in order to ensure on-time tuition payments. There are no refunds, credits, extensions or transfers of any tuition. Students admitted after the session has begun are eligible to pay a pro-rated amount. No single class or monthly payments will be accepted. Tuition in full amount of trimester or yearly (paid by September 10) payment only. There is no charge and no make-up classes are needed for the scheduled 8 weeks. Students with outstanding balances on accounts will NOT be admitted into dance class or the recital.
When you pay for the school year in advance by September 10 YOU SAVE 20% (36 total weeks in the school year, September through June)

Private Dance Lessons:

Private Dance Lessons: 1/2 hour $50 to $65 per student. Please talk with your instructor to arrange studio time and payment.
Students must be currently enrolled in dance classes at the Dance Academy of Bellevue. Private lessons are payable each time to the
dance studio. A 24-hour notice for cancellations must be given or you will still be charged for the lesson.

Please remember you must be enrolled in a class in order to be eligible for Private Lessons. Hours are limited. Students now taking Private Lessons will have priority on lesson times.

MAKE-UP CLASS POLICIES: Students who miss a class due to illness, school or excused absence may make up their dance class ONE WEEK AFTER their regularly
scheduled dance class. You must call or email the dance studio to schedule a make-up class for your child. Only 2 make-up children
are allowed in any existing dance class, to avoid over-crowding. YOU MUST CALL AHEAD - DO NOT JUST SHOW UP! No make-up class or
refund will be given to vacations or extended trips out of the country. Classroom attendance is very important and EVERY effort should
be made to get your child to class on time, every time.

ANNUAL SPRING DANCE RECITAL POLICIES: The annual spring dance recital is a great opportunity for both parents and students; it is a fun and exciting time for all! Please note:
that if you and your child would like to participate, be aware that it is a COMMITMENT! It is a commitment to you, your child, the
instructor, the studio, and other classmates/parents. It is mandatory that students attend ALL dance classes from January to June in
order to learn the dances, and perform at their best!
