Each adult class follows DAB's core values of Community, Teamwork, Encouragement, and Creativity. Our classes are designed to help strengthen, condition, and empower the body and the mind all while having fun! On top of a great workout, we want you to leave class feeling motivated and accomplished.

Each class is open-leveled, so a dance background is not necessary.
The Adult Tap class consists of learning basic tap steps and terminology all while sharpening reflexes and coordination. Center work is taught along with traveling across the floor steps, and a fun combination! Tap shoes of any style are required for this class.

The Adult Hip Hop class consists of cardio, fitness, hip hop moves, and choreography. If you want a high-energetic dance workout, this class is for you! Tennis shoes of any style are required for this class. Please refrain from wearing shoes that have dirt, mud, or water on them.
​
The Adult Ballet class focuses on posture and grace all while strengthening and stretching the muscles through basic barre work, center exercises, traveling across the floor, and occasionally a combination. Ballet shoes are recommended for this class but socks will do in a pinch.
Class Passes:
5 Class Pass $90
10 Class Pass $140
Single Class $25
Class passes expire after 5 months

Fees will not be charged until a Class Pass or Single Class is specified.
Try you first class for free! All trial classes must be signed up for.
​If the class has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather, teacher illness, etc., you will be notified via email and our social media platforms.
