If any student chooses to withdraw from a class or classes for any reason, the withdrawal form below must be filled out no later than the 25th of the month and turned in via email or to the front desk, or the student's account will be charged tuition for the next month.
If the withdrawal form is not turned in by the 25th of the month, you will be responsible for the tuition of the dropped classes, regardless of attendance for the coming months until the form is submitted.
Please note: Upon withdrawal, any outstanding balance is due immediately.
If a student withdraws, all deposits and fees are non-refundable.
